Our development department has been working at a fevered pace. We wanted to share a few highlights from some of our recent releases. It is important that The Flybook world is aware of the new functionality available in your reservation system.

Smartwaiver Power

We have taken our Smartwaiver integration to a complete 360 degree service.  We are now syncing with Smartwaiver in several different capacities.  Not only can end customers use their customer terminal to split charges, sign waivers, communicate and manage their reservations. Users are also able to share waivers and payment information with everyone in their group.   Those using our ticketing software your customers are able to sign Smartwaivers as a group, and you can also assign a specific waiver to an individual ticket ot ticket type.  "The Smartwaiver technology is great.  It has allowed us to eliminated the need to log into 2 systems to manage waivers and cusomter information," Simon Taylor, CTO.  On a regular basis customers who are leveraging their customer terminals to manage groups are experiencing large groups showing up fully paid, waivers signed, and all customer information collected.

Gift Card Adjustments and Reporting Changes

Our Gift Cards feature is being used at incredible rates. In your reports tab you will now see an updated "gift cards" report. The life of a gift card can be uncertain so it is important to have the tools to keep track of created, used, and credited gift cards across a wide variety of date ranges. No longer lose track of your gift cards/balances with our updated gift cards report!

Staff Messaging System

Send specific activity information and custom details to assigned staff from any activity page within the Flybook Reservation System.  From any activity page simply select "notify staff." The message system will open and pre-populate the message with basic activity information.  Then use the messaging tool to customize the message to specific staff.  #nomorephonetag.

Web Integration Updates

We continue to open our web integration technology.  You now have limitless desgin control over your online reservation system. Not only do we stay on your domain, but you can control color, font, design, and size so that you can give your customer a seamless reservation expereince regardless of device or operating system.

Activity Quick Pick

Many of our customers schedule multi-day reservations. And, those reservations might include different activities, occurring at different times etc. etc etc.  We released an activity "quick-pick" that allows a reservationist to search a date range, by various start time selections, and various activity combinations  then quickly select the desired activities and times with a simple click of the mouse.  Not to mention our smart confirmation email system auto populates the confirmation email to include information specific to the activities selected.

Tickets...What Tickets?

We can't "blog" "tweet" "facebook" "instagram" "post" much about our ticketing software yet.  But...what we CAN do is report that it is awesome!
