New in Flybook Reports, is the perfect one-stop download for accountants (and more, really). Most of our clients operate in the accrual method of accounting, which is great, because that’s how Flybook has been designed. The workbook allows you and or your accountant to go to one place, and download one single workbook with nearly every single datapoint that’s needed for your weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting and tax needs.
The data geeks can get really excited about this. Because, it opens the possibility for creating super smart macros, or even better - feeding this single report into a business intelligence tool so that reporting becomes a minutes long process. The report includes a tab for each of the below reports:
- Revenue and Transactions (all your payment records for the time period)
- Taxes and Fees (a line for everything taxed or fee’d - including the base cost, entity total and tax or fee collected)
- All income statements by event date (your recognized revenue for the time period you’ve pulled the report for). Includes: Activities, Tickets, Passes, Rentals, Lodging, Product...etc. They will just be blank if you do not use one of the features.
- Gift Card and Gift Certificates sold reports
- Custom Line Item
