We’re continually impressed with many of our customers generosity. We are often guiding you to tools within The Flybook to create donation promotion codes. With a recent update, we’ve taken that one step further so you can not only create a code but now easily print a nicely formatted certificate that can be used to physically provide the desired organization. Something worthy of handing out in an auction, or other good causes.With this recent update, now it is possible to sell a gift certificate for $0, so it’s quick and easy to “sell” it and print it out for charity. Read on to find out how.
How it works:
Design a new “donation” certificate
Set the cost as $0
When you have a charity in mind to donate to, go to Tools, then “gift certificates” and sell the donation certificate at zero dollars.
- This way, your reporting is preserved and you are able to design and print the certificates.
Ideas for using this new functionality:
- Donate a gift certificate to support local events while raising your brand awareness.
- Create excitement and extra revenues by doing raffles giving away free tickets.
- Auction gift certificates to raise funds for a good cause.
- Make a donated certificate the centerpiece of a themed gift basket for a fundraising auction; the themed basket will draw attention and likely go for a higher amount than a certificate in a regular envelope.
