For those of you who have a gift store, snack bar or select gear to sell onsite, The Flybook has an Item Sales feature to help you quickly sell and manage inventory including reports based on those sales.

Key Benefits

Walk-up “Item Sales”:  Use the POS interface for walk-ups. Scan the item and collect payment. No need to collect additional information.

Faster checkout with Barcode Scanning: Make the checkout process fast and easy for both your employees and your customers. Connect a barcode scanner so the system will be able to recognize standard manufacturer barcodes (or ones you create yourself).


Inventory Warnings: Inventory automatically updates right from the register when items are sold. Set low inventory alerts so you are notified right away when products or items need to be re-ordered.

Charge cards already on file for (onsite) add-on products: Adding product sales to a reservation is quick. And, you can charge a card on file anytime with our “Existing Client” drop-down feature.

Upsell online: Define which products should be offered (prior to checkout) as upsells and customize the products displayed based on the activities already added to the cart. Version dropdown feature allows similar products to only be displayed once. Customer chooses their preffered variation, such as size or type, and quantity desired.
