This pre-designed template is available within the Gift Certificate feature in your go.Platform powered by The Flybook. Here is a step-by-step guide for using the holiday gift certificate template. (Note: "Gift Certificates" is a relatively new feature in the go.Platform, and if you don't see it in your Setup, you can get more info about it here. And of course, you can always contact our super helpful elves at The Flybook.
Once set up in your go.Platform, upon purchase, your holiday gift certificates will be automatically emailed to the lucky recipients, and will include a unique gift certificate code, the names of both the recipient and giver and a personal message from the giver. You can also include information about your adventures, your company and any policies for redeeming the certificate. With some light HTML, you can even put links in those messages to drive traffic to your website for online bookings and your social media channels.
Creating your holiday gift certificates uses the same step-by-step process for creating regular gift certificates. Remember, you will first need to create a Promotion Config for your gift certificate if you don't already have one set up; for example, a "Gift Certificate (100% Off)" that you can associate with your gift certificates.

Once your Promotion Config is set up, you are ready to create your holiday gift certificates.
SETUP >>> GIFT CERTIFICATES >>> CREATE NEW CONFIG
Name your gift certificate, i.e. "Holiday Gift Certificate," and set up the certificate as you normally would. When you scroll to the bottom of that setup page, you will see new options under "Email Header Template" and "Email Page Template" for using our new holiday template.
