Reservation and Ticketing Software Company Demonstrates New Tools for Challenge Course Operations including Group Management and Kiosk
Savannah, Feb. 2, 2017 – The Flybook, a leading reservation and ticket system for activity providers, unveiled new features to the go.Platform, its flagship reservation and ticketing system, at this week’s 27th Annual International Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Conference in Savannah, Ga.
The company demonstrated publicly for the first time the robust group management client terminal where adventure businesses can give their birthday parties, school groups and more a private portal to complete their checklist prior to arrival, sign waivers, collect and make payments and complete profile information.
“We hear consistently from our partners in the challenge course and adventure business about how time consuming and mistake-ridden group management can be,” said Craig Langer, Founder and CEO of The Flybook. “This tool, along with our deep Smartwaiver integration, is one of several we have in place to save these businesses time and enhance their client experiences”.
Langer also revealed the go.Platform’s new kiosk interface for ticketing users. Operators can now implement an all-in-one kiosk in their lobbies that can handle walk-ins entirely self-serve. Their clients can walk-in without a reservation, pick their climb time, pay, sign their waiver all at once. The interface can be applied to complex and specialized kiosks or simply on a tablet stand.
The Flybook partners with adventure parks to provide a robust solution for managing bookings, tickets, ecommerce, customer data, marketing and gift certificates, inventory and more.
