TOUR OPERATORS MEET MICROSOFT'S EDGE BROWSER...IS YOUR SITE READY?

JULY 07TH 2015

YIPEE one more way to browse the internet!  At Flybook HQ (AKA- IT department for tour and activity providers worldwide)  we spend a good portion of our time making sure that our reservation system and other products always stay ahead of the tech curve.    On July 29th, 2015 Microsoft is set to release Windows 10.   With that release the new "Edge" browser will become reality.   Currently less than 8% of people who browse the internet use Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) (2015 Browser Statisitics).  It will be interesting to see if users will be pulled away from their Google/Chrome comfort zone?

Here is some "Googling" for you.  Below are 3 links that should bring you up to speed with all things "Edge." Or, at the very least add to the confusion ;)

Check out this link "Why do tour operators need a reservation system"...in other words you need an IT department. We would like to apply for the job!
