How To Easily Set Up Gift Cards in Flybook

1. Enter the Gift Cards section in Flybook Setup

Go into Gift Cards click "Add New" and give your gift card a name (note: this name is customer-facing). On the left side of your gift card setup you’ll configure your disclaimers/policy, instructions for use, and your “about the company.”

2. Set Your Amount Range

Decide the minimum and maximum value of your gift cards: maybe you start at $50 and cap at $200, or you allow any value from $1 up. It’s up to you!

3. Add an Automatic Discount for Promotion

Want to run a holiday special? Plug in a discount percentage (say 10 %). When the customer checks out they will automatically receive the promotional discount but the recipient still receives the full gift card value.

4. Choose our Built-In Template (or customize!)

We provide a pre-built template for you, just navigate to the templates tab and click “Use Default” to use our built-in template. Prefer your own branding? Upload your own HTML with custom styling so the card looks exactly the way you want it.
