We hear loud and clear from your feedback that large groups are one of the hardest pieces of your business to manage. Taking multiple payments, adding every guest profile into the reservation (their contact information and those pesky questions that need to be answered prior to arrival) and ensuring all guests have signed digital waivers is a lot to administer, particularly as the group grows in size.
We are thrilled to announce a brand new client terminal where your customers can better manage their reservation (and their group), and follow the simple steps you require prior to arrival. This update to the go.Platform will help minimize the time your team spends on managing groups after they've booked, and improve your customer's experience.
