INNOVATIVE GIFT CARD DELIVERY FOR GIVERS AND RECEIVERS
Today we rolled out enhancements for how gift cards are delivered to both the recipient and the sender within the go.Platform, our flagship ticketing and reservation system powered by The Flybook.
Now your customers will have:
- A formatted email that can include a message from the sender, instructions for redeeming the gift card, descriptions of your activities and any applicable company policies.
- The opportunity for the sender to set the time the gift card is sent. For example, if it's a birthday gift, it may be purchased in advance, but sent on the actual birthday.
- A confirmation for the sender. If the sender is different from the recipient, they will receive their own confirmation with a copy of the gift card.
- Mobile friendly emails and URLs within the email so both recipients and senders can view and redeem from mobile devices.
