We asked our team members a little Q&A, so that you could learn more about the faces behind Flybook! Get to know Lindsay Dodge, AKA our team unicorn below!
What is your job at The Flybook?
I am a Flybook Advisor. I work with customers to troubleshoot issues, optimize their account, and help them utilize Flybook while they run their business!
Where are you from?
I live in Nashville, TN but I'm originally from Woodstock, NY (like the concert!). I've traveled and lived all over the country including Santa Cruz, CA, Gunnison, CO, Durham, NH, New Orleans, LA, and Prescott, AZ. I love to travel truly anywhere but warm air and water are what I seek out the most.
What are some of your favorite things to do?
My fiancé is a boat captain so we spend a ton of time on the lake. When not out on the water, I love to create art and projects around our home!
How would your family or friends describe you in 3 words?
Creative, Empathetic, Intuitive
What led you to the Flybook?
I was a user of the Flybook and then heard of a job opening through one of my very best friends who also works at the Flybook!
What are you currently reading, watching or listening to?
I love documentaries above all else and will watch a documentary on almost any topic. Currently listening to a lot of Chris Stapleton and (as always) Brandi Carlile.
What is your favorite feature of the Flybook product?
I am a huge fan of the Customer Map in the Performance Dashboard.
If you could time travel, what time would you visit & why?
I would probably travel to the future! It's wild to think that there will be years and years of inventions, changes, and life long after I'm gone and I would love to see that world.
What do you like most about your job?
I really love meeting with all of our different customers. Each business is so unique and such a blast to collaborate and brainstorm with.
Any other fun facts about yourself?
My fiancé, Curtis and I (getting married in September 10, 2022) have an awesome little dog named Ella. She's a 12 lb mix and is just the weirdest and best. On the side, I also make and sell art and I'm working on my first book!
