Daily we work with owners or managers of tour and activity businesses that are at various stages of development. We work with rapidly growing companies that are dealing with the pains of success. Their CEO Ryan Holmes wrote an article explaining the rationale behind the program. In the article Holmes identifies the "skills gap" as an educational problem that  has resulted in the notion that "we are not preparing our future workforce with the up-to-date knowledge they need to land jobs, and thrive in them."
